Democrats like to proclaim themselves for the people, etc. They are compassionate. They cry for people. They have sympathy. They want the best for the little people, and have the compassion to want to help them cradle to the grave – literally to the grave.
They keep on getting away with this dribble because Republicans and Conservatives aren’t bright enough to learn how to play the game, and beat them at it. Until we learn a few new lessons, we’re going to lose the compassion war. We treasure life, but that’s not enough. We’re mean spirited. They cry. Ergo, they are good and we are bad.
Barack Obama has a thing about abortion. Nancy Pelosi wants to control the economy via birth control.
What is next?
When do the Dems decide that they can further deal with the deficit and hard times, economically by choosing which senior citizens live or die?
And when it does, I’m afraid people like my parents, who aren’t in the best of health, will be culled from society and allowed to die.
Are people like me who aren’t exactly thin going to be denied health care?
Is someone who had a pace-maker going to be culled from the herd?
Is a teenager who is suffering from depression going to be given permission to opt for suicide instead of therapy?
Where does it end?
Is there a point where your local Democrats go through the neighborhood and pick and choose who is a drain on the economy and have them exterminated?
It happened once before.
Nancy Pelosi thinks birth control will help the economy. Fewer babies = less money spent on welfare and government give-aways. The poor deluded woman doesn’t comprehend that people aren’t required to live their lives on welfare. Barack Obama is hanging her out to dry, already!
“…Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi boldly defended a move to add birth control funding to the new economic “stimulus” package, claiming “contraception will reduce costs to the states and to the federal government.”
Pelosi, the mother of 5 children and 6 grandchildren, who once said, “Nothing in my life will ever, ever compare to being a mom,” seemed to imply babies are somehow a burden on the treasury.
The revelation came during an exchange Sunday morning on ABC’s THIS WEEK.
STEPHANOPOULOS: Hundreds of millions of dollars to expand family planning services. How is that stimulus?
PELOSI: Well, the family planning services reduce cost. They reduce cost. The states are in terrible fiscal budget crises now and part of what we do for children’s health, education and some of those elements are to help the states meet their financial needs. One of those – one of the initiatives you mentioned, the contraception, will reduce costs to the states and to the federal government.
STEPHANOPOULOS: So no apologies for that?
PELOSI: No apologies. No. we have to deal with the consequences of the downturn in our economy….”
