Barack Obama’s Frankenstein Monster – Silent No More

Share

Finally, after 233 years, our country is a success!

John Adams would be so darn proud of us he would probably bust a button on the vest he would be wearing.  After 233 years of on again and off again complacency, We the People are finally roused from our stupor. Okay, so we’re loud, obnoxious, and annoying.  We’re Americans.  That’s the way we are.  If you don’t like it, find a better place to live, I dare  you!

First, I oppose Barack Obama.  Yes, I have turned myself into flag@whitehouse.gov.  If you oppose Obama, I suggest you do the same thing.  We’re all in this together.

I don’t know about you, but I’m having fun.

I am enjoying the moment.

Do you realize that finally, at last, after all this time, the Silent Majority of We the People has found a voice?

Are people going to simply go back to their old ways, fade into the woodwork, and shut-up once again?

The greatest irony of them all is the promise of the Baby Boomers may finally be full-filled as our activist “gene” is activated once again.

PLEASE NOTE:  The Pink Flamingo is one of the late blooming Baby Boomers, so DO NOT think she is anywhere near as old as the rest of her “generation”.  When Richie, Joanie, and Chachi were cruising around Milwaukee, The Pink Flamingo was still just a little kid.

Of course only the first “Baby Boomers” are senior citizens so it is the group of people born during the Great Depression, the very real consumers, users, etc. who are doing the protesting.  It’s a good thing.  They need to do something besides sling back martinis.

Barack Obama and Nancy Pelosi created this current problem with their arrogance.  There are some who suspect Obama will come up with some sort of anti-sedition thing to silence us.  Been there and done that, didn’t work, but then Barack Obama’s real problem, besides his unfailing arrogance is the fact that he knows nothing about our history.

Is Obama destroying the DNC?
Or
Is Nancy Pelosi destroying the DNC?

The thing is, Barack Obama and Nancy Pelosi’s Frankenstein Monster is awake.  Their little ACORN and SEIU friends are gathering around the city center with pitchforks and torches, determined to hunt it down and destroy it.

They will fail.

The loudest mouths and most nimble fingers of those protesting Health Care Reform belong to the Baby Boomers.  We are the generation of Woodstock, peace protests, riots, Kent State, Watergate, and Make Love Not War.  Most of my generation has been lulled into a sense of false security brought about by 20 years of Reagan Bush Bush.

The sleeping elephant is waking up and is a little cranky.

Deal with it.

We’re here and we’re not going away (I hope).

I don’t think Obama is going to be able to pull off his plans for this country, if indeed he has any, or as I am beginning to suspect, he’s making up as he goes along.  El Presidente’ in all his fast incompetence is abjectly ignorant when it comes to American history and the American people.  We’re not a Rice-Paddy Culture where we bow to who ever wants to walk all over us.  This is the country of Don’t Tread on Me!

Come to think about it, Barack Obama is a success.  He has caused the Silent Majority to open their big fat mouths.

Good for him.

P. S.  If you are a Democrat, you might not want to meet my 79 year old mother (the one with the pacemaker who can barely walk after falling a month ago) at a Town Hall.  She’d beat the you know what out of you with her mouth.  And – you would hang your head in shame!

  1. Cool blog. Sounds like The Pink Flamingo isn’t a Baby Boomer at all, but rather a member of : Generation Jones, born 1954-1965, between the Boomers and Generation X. Google Generation Jones, and you’ll see it’s gotten a ton of media attention, and many top commentators from many top publications and networks (Washington Post, Time magazine, NBC, Newsweek, ABC, etc.) now specifically use this term. In fact, the Associated Press’ annual Trend Report chose the Rise of Generation Jones as the #1 trend of 2009.

Here is an op-ed about GenJones as the new generation of leadership in USA TODAY:

Here’s a page with a good overview of recent media interest in GenJones:

  3. Sorry, I just HAD to comment AGAIN…

The part that brings a smile to my face is how angry the seniors are…you and I know that that is the one group the Dems fear most of all.

    It is too precious!

  4. Less be clear the DNC will not allow the loss of the House of Senate in the 2010 elections, the christian groups will pull the elderly back in line and they will vote as they always have for our parties movement what will continue to happen is educating the public into what they need to know there thoughts are misguided and will be silenced. We have more money and more supporters for our movement than any time in history, these small groups of misinformed people dont have the will nor the time to fight against this moment and reguardless of what the media channels that are not in line with the new government processes have to say they will be defeated. We will bring out new people who will win over the elderly and we will stay on tract for the next 12 years. Write all you want now as in the future this kind of so called freedom is anti american as per our new direction this is of the past and also needs to change, We need to set up a process in the US to monitor and approve all communications that would or could be made reference to the governement in power, as this has stopped progress in our movement. You will not find many who will be as open as we are in communicating with you. But we have been promised change and change is coming. What you have forgotten this is not a democracy it is a republic and the democratic leaders have to be loyal to the party. This will bring change.
