On Wednesday, Michael Medved, the most rational conservative talk show host on the radio, interviewed Mike Huckabee.
If you are a conservative, and you claim to be fair, I suggest you listen to this. Huck blows the far right out of the water and makes them look like the fools that they are. If this interview were to be widely circulated, his political career would be improved, not destroyed. The best part is the fact that Huck recognizes the fact that the far right is using this as an issue to destroy him.
He shamed them.
You might want to listen to the whole thirty minutes, and pay attention to the abject pig-headed stupidity of the callers who were far right.
Ann Coulter has a book with a title that claims liberals and Dems are “Godless”. If they are “Godless, far right conservatives have truly lost their soul. They are completely “Soul-less”, having sold what little they had with some Faustian bargain.

I am surprised that you consider Huckabee a centrist, I see him as a Reagan, someone who mainstreams sensible conservatism.

I consider Huckabee a “normal” Republican just like Reagan. Unfortunately, the far right has gone so far right, Reagan is “centrist” I guess.
