“…. I’m supporting [McCain]. I keep my word. John McCain is on fire to kill Obama’s government takeover of healthcare and that’s what I want to see. And his commitment and his leadership on national security to win the war on terror, that’s what we need. And I’m going to support him. And he is a statesman, and I don’t hesitate at all to say, no, we do need his leadership, especially on those two fronts: Government takeover of healthcare, he wants to kill it; national security, he gets it. He understands how to win….” Sarah Palin
I TOLD YOU SO
I told you the extreme far idiot right would turn on Sarah Palin when she demonstrated she did not scrape and bow to them.
The problem with the extreme far unreasonable idiot right is the fact that they demand 100% pure lock-step obedience from political leaders. They don’t give a rip if these people want to lead – all that matters is they must be obeyed – or they will destroy anyone who does not bow to their irrational, childish, and pathetic demands.
I TOLD YOU MONTHS AGO
I told you months ago they would turn on her.
I TOLD YOU THE FAR RIGHT WOULD TURN ON SARAH PALIN
Well, lead by Malkin’s I hate John McCain machine, the idiots on the extreme far right have turned on Sarah Palin after she displayed that she is a unique individual capable of individual thinking and capable of making decisions without being told how to think.
“…Tea Party activists are rightly outraged by Sarah Palin’s decision to campaign for McCain, whose entrenched incumbency and progressive views are anathema to the movement. At least she has an excuse: She’s caught between a loyalty rock and a partisan hard place. The conservative base has no such obligations – and it is imperative that they get in the game (as they did in Massachusetts) before it’s too late. The movement to restore limited government in Washington has come too far, against all odds, to succumb to McCain Regression Syndrome now….”
When are these idiots going to wake up and realize that people like Malkin ARE NOT REPUBLICANS and HAVE NEVER BEEN REPUBLICANS. They are only interested in their extreme agenda that is a losing agenda. The past three election victories for the GOP have proving their agenda is a loser.
But, Sarah Palin has demonstrated that she is capable of thinking for herself and is capable of acting with honor, keeping her word, and being an upstanding person. They are angry that she is supporting John McCain. They are angry that she is attending a Tea Party Thingie – and the Tea Party Thingie is making money, but Tea Party Freaks obviously do not believe in making money. All they belive in doing is denigrating Republicans, looks to me.
THE OUT OF TOUCH FAR RIGHT EXTREME
In her Townhall column, Makin continues to denigrate Palin and John McCain. She also displays her total ignorance of the situation in Arizona and her allegiance to J. D. Hayworth, who was once a good guy, but sold his sold to the same forces of evil who pull Malkin’s puppet strings.
“...Red Flag No. Two: Also in the wake of the Massachusetts special election, the nation’s most popular conservative political figure Sarah Palin announced she would be campaigning for her former running mate in Arizona in March. Palin told Facebook followers that she’s going to “ride the tide with commonsense candidates” and help “heroes and statesmen” like McCain.
Facing mounting conservative opposition in his home state and polls showing him virtually tied with possible GOP challenger and former Rep. J.D. Hayworth, McCain welcomed the boost: “Sarah energized our nation and remains a leading voice in the Republican Party.”
Savor the irony: After a career spent bashing the right flank of the party, McCain is now clinging to its coattails to save his incumbent hide….”
Golly, but I hate to burst your John McCain hating bubble – but….
“...A new Rasmussen Reports survey in Arizona finds Sen. John McCain (R) handily beating former Rep. J.D. Hayworth (R) in a potential GOP primary match up, 53% to 31%. In November, the two candidates were virtually even….”
CAN CONSERVATIVES BEHAVE?
Michael Medved, the most sensible voice of Republican reason completely trashes Malkin’s idiotic hate filled insanity. According to Medved, the extreme far right behaved themselves in the Brown race – and he won.
“…McCain drew an impressive 78% of all Americans who described themselves as conservative in exit polls (some 34% of all voters). In fact, McCain drew very similar backing among self-described conservatives to George W. Bush in 2000 (though that year saw sharply lower conservative turnout) and 2004 (with virtually identical conservative turnout to 2008). In 1996 and 1992, Bob Dole and the first president Bush fared far worse among conservatives winning only 72 and 64% of their votes, respectively, indicating far more damaging party divisions than in recent years. Despite the misleading conclusions of the conventional wisdom, conservatives and Republicans were surprisingly united and mobilized in 2008 and lost the election because of Barack Obama’s huge win among independents and moderates. In Massachusetts, those independents have moved decisively toward Scott Brown and the GOP, and away from support for the Obama agenda….”
