Way much fun.
“…When the John Birch Society announced that it would be co-sponsoring CPAC, its press release declared that “true conservative leaders are hard to find these days, especially in a movement dominated by neoconservatives and RINOs (Republicans in Name Only).” With all the enthusiasm for RINO hunting these days, it’s worth remembering that the Birchers initiated some of the first obsessive attempts to characterize any dissidents as heretics. They introduced the term “ComSymp”—for “communist sympathizer”—that allowed any skeptic to be stigmatized without the difficulty of proving he or she was communist. At the time, Republican Senator Milton R. Young of North Dakota reflected on the Birchers’ obsession with what would become known as RINO hunting: “Strangely enough, most of the criticism is leveled not against liberal public officials but against more middle of the road, and even conservative Republicans.”…”
Perhaps the headline should be: Sarah Palin has betrayed the extremes, shows that she has common sense and has told the tea party people to pick a party. Golly, she’s almost done a William Shatner. I see it coming. One of the days this is going to be Sarah Palin telling off the Tea Party People!
As a little FYI – a Ron Paul Bot in SC, Mike Pitts (unfortunately a Republican) has introduced a bill banning that evil Federal Reserve Currency in the state of South Carolina.
“…This dirty tricks campaign is most likely being steered by Karl Rove, master Republican political strategist and former Rick Perry campaign manager. Rove cut his teeth in Texas, using his “uncanny ability to manipulate federal prosecutors into going after the officeholder his client was trying to unseat,” reports Harper’s Magazine writer Scott Horton.
Horton reveals how Rove, in his capacity as Perry’s campaign manager for the powerful Texas office of Commissioner of Agriculture, eliminated Perry’s political opposition by using his influence to launch aggressive criminal investigations into their past and then hyping allegations of misconduct in the media….Rove is a kingpin of smear and dirty tricks campaigns, and his fingerprints are all over this latest assault.
We now have confirmation of everything we have been witnessing from the likes of Glenn Beck, Bill O’Reilly and even establishment leftists like Chris Matthews, who have all been echoing the same talking points about grass roots constitutionalists and “9/11 truthers” being terrorists and a threat to the President – this is all part of an orchestrated campaign to target real patriot leaders for character assassination and it is being directed from the highest levels of the Republican power structure.
While Medina and Ron Paul are being attacked from above by the establishment, since this would be too obvious – Alex Jones is constantly being attacked from below by phony patriot groups in a ploy to make the smears look more organic and genuine in their nature.
Ron Paul is setting the example of how the liberty movement can have an impact at the national level, while Medina is showing people that it’s possible to take back control at state level. Alex Jones is setting the example of how Constitutionalists can take back control of the fourth estate, the media.…”
Sarah Palin has arrived. She is now the enemy of all that is holy. She has joined the ranks of George W. Bush, John McCain, and Lindsey Graham. Who knew? To make matters worse, the new public enemy #1 is telling these yahoos they need to decide if they are going to be Republicans or Democrats – put up or shut up.
“…“Now the smart thing will be for independents who are such a part of this Tea Party movement to, I guess, kind of start picking a party,” Palin said. “Which party reflects how that smaller, smarter government steps to be taken? Which party will best fit you? And then because the Tea Party movement is not a party, and we have a two-party system, they’re going to have to pick a party and run one or the other: ‘R’ or ‘D’.”
Palin said that the Republican platform best meshed with the Tea Party’s creed. However, she mentioned that her husband Todd was not a registered Republican and that the party should be open to embracing independents. …”
The Pink Flamingo has been wrong on my approach to these people. Instead of wishing them to be quiet and sensibly pushed off the face of the earth, I think we need to give them as much exposure as possible. Like the cheap, dirty flashers they are….well, you can guess the rest.
The following came in an email to The Pink Flamingo. Instead of editing or commenting, I am simply allowing these lovely little tea drinkers to party on down the yellow brick road to the funny farm.
Sarah Palin is has been dumped. She is part of the conspiracy to take over the world – if I read this dodo correctly. She is now a NAFTA super highway Bilderberg pawn! Golly, when The Pink Flamingo wrote some of the FIRST national articles about SP on Blogcritics, I had no idea she was such a bad person!
The Real Palin & Beck
Sarah Palin in an interview last Sunday, took up the Neocon banner, calling for war in Iran, in direct contrast to Ron Paul.
. . . the 2008 Republican vice-presidential candidate said Mr. Obama has been tone-deaf to the economic angst of the American people and their national security concerns but has time to burnish his credentials by playing “the war card.”
“Say he played, and I got this from [Pat] Buchanan, reading one of his columns the other day, say he played the war card. Say he decided to declare war on Iran, or decided to really come out and do whatever he could to support Israel, which I would like him to do. But that changes the dynamics in what we can assume is going to happen between now and three years.” Palin told Chris Wallace, “Fox News Sunday”. -Washington Times 2/8/2010
The week before, while addressing a Tea Party rally in Texas, Palin ignored Tea Party favored republican candidate for governor, Debra Medina, and instead endorsed NAFTA Super Highway promoter and secret Istanbul, Turkey Bilderberg attendee Rick Perry for another term as governor of Texas. This week Palin endorsed the campaign of her ’08 running mate, illegal alien Amnesty – bomb Iran advocate, John McCain, for another term as Senator from Arizona. Now that she has disclosed her support for Neocon policies, is there anyone out there that still thinks Sarah Palin is a grass roots Tea Party constitutionist?
As if on cue, in the same week Debra Medina, who’s poll numbers are rising, was castigated by Glenn Beck for her response to his accusation that she was part of the 9/11 Truth movement Medina said she is going to “champion people that hold their government accountable,” allowing that some legitimate questions are being asked about the events of 9/11.
After the interview Beck, who purports to be a grass roots kindred spirit, revealed the truth of his own intentions by saying, “I think I can write her off the list,” adding: “Let me take another look at Kay Bailey Hutchison if I have to. Rick [Perry], I think you and I could French kiss right now.” For Americans who are serious about truth and constitutional government, that interview just may be the kiss of death for Glenn Beck as leader of the Tea Party movement.

Poll shows surprising strength by Tea Party’s Debra Medina in GOP race for Texas governor
February 9, 2010
. . . . Then again, up until a couple of weeks out, nobody thought Brown — a little-known state senator and ex-Cosmo model — stood much chance of swiping the Massachusetts Senate seat held for almost a half century by the late Edward M. Kennedy. That said, a poll out Tuesday is raising eyebrows all over Texas.
The survey by Public Policy Polling showed Perry leading the GOP field with 39%, followed by Hutchison at 28% and Medina — a favorite of the Tea Party crowd — at 24%.
More significant, among self-identified conservatives — those most likely to turn out in the March 2 primary — Perry had 42% support to Medina’s 25% and Hutchison’s 23%.
Given the survey’s 4.8% margin of error, Hutchison, long considered the most popular politician in Texas, is effectively tied with the little-known, meagerly funded Medina.
(How meagerly? As of Tuesday, she had raised less than $600,000, a pittance compared to the $50 million Perry and Hutchison are expected to spend between them.)
John McCain recruits Sarah Palin to help defend Arizona seat

Despite plenty of sniping between their respective camps after losing the 2008 election to Barack Obama, the Republican candidates have remained on friendly terms.
“I’m looking forward to getting back on the campaign trail with my former running mate, and I know my fellow Arizonans will welcome her as well,” said Sen McCain. “Sarah energised our nation and remains a leading voice in the Republican Party.”
The veteran from Arizona is battling against a Right-wing challenge in the Republican primary from JD Hayworth, a former Congressman and talk radio host, who officially started his campaign with a rally in Phoenix on Monday. He then planned a three-day tour across the state seeking to exploit long-running dissatisfaction with Sen McCain among conservative Republicans, who have resented his co-operation with Democrats over the years, particularly on immigration reform, a highly sensitive issue in the south-west border state.
Mr Hayworth has noted a series of “campaign-year conversions” by Sen McCain on issues including homosexuals in the military, climate change, campaign finance and immigration.
The True Story of the Bilderberg Group
by Daniel Estulin
. . . . .The Bilderberg Group was officially formed in 1954, primarily by the powerful banking families of the Rothschilds and the Rockefellers, along with royal Prince Bernhard of the Netherlands. The group annually includes around 130 guests who consist of Europe and America’s most wealthy and noble elite from politics, royalty, business, banking, education, media, and the military.
Notable Bilderberg attendees include David Rockefeller, Rothschild Family Banking, George Soros, Paul Wolfowitz, Donald Rumsfeld, Henry Kissinger,[Advisor to John McCain] Bill Clinton, Hillary Clinton, Zbigniew Brzezinski,[Advisor to Barack Obama] Prince Charles, Al Gore, Colin Powell, Nelson Rockefeller, Richard Perle, Tony Blair, Gordon Brown, Alan Greenspan, Rupert Murdoch, as well as the CEO’s of mega corporations and financial institutions such as Deutsche Bank, BP, Royal Dutch Shell, The Federal Reserve Banks, IBM, Goldman Sachs, Siemens AG, Google, Eli Lilly, etc.
The overall goal of the Bilderberg Group is to bring about a one-world government and global financial system, under the political body of UN style government and the central banking systems of the Rockefellers and Rothschilds. David Rockefeller described the group’s goals in 1991 as the Chairman of the Bilderbergs,
“We are grateful to the Washington Post, the New York Times, Time magazine, and other great publications whose directors have attended our meetings and respected their promises of discretion for almost forty years. … It would have been impossible for us to develop our plan for the world if we had been subject to the bright lights of publicity during these years. But the world is now more sophisticated and prepared to march towards a world government which will never again know war but only peace and prosperity for the whole of humanity.”
The Bilderberg Group is credited with conceiving and establishing the European Union as the centerpiece of their global government plan. Like their purely American brother, The Council on Foreign Relations, the Bilderbergs are devoted to the rapid spread of globalization through the government and economy, with themselves positioned at the top to control the wealth of the world.
One central idea in this group is that of rejecting national sovereignty in favor of multi-national non-democratic institutions, such as the World Trade Organization, World Bank, European Union, and the emerging North American Union. The Bilderbergs, along with the CFR, have been making gradual process toward a one-world government since the end of WWII. In America, globalization has already rapidly changed the economic and political landscape through treaties such as NAFTA and the Security and Prosperity Partnership (SPP), which are intent on forming a North American community of government and economy.
Nafta Superhighway Returns From The Dead
Rick Perry set to push revamped agenda to sell freeways to foreign-owned private companies and convert them to toll roads
Paul Joseph Watson
Friday, July 3, 2009
The Trans-Texas Corridor, part of the NAFTA Superhighway projected to link the United States with Canada and Mexico as an integral cog of the North American Union, is back on the agenda after Texas Governor Rick Perry lied in claiming that the proposal was dead earlier this year.
The open plan to merge the US with Mexico and Canada and create a Pan-American Union networked by a NAFTA Superhighway has long been a Globalist brainchild, but fierce opposition to the plan from activists across the country has stalled the plan at least temporarily.
A key component of the NAU transport system was the proposed Trans Texas Corridor, a massive 4,000 mile network of highways that were to be sold to the Spanish company Cintra and operated as toll roads – creating a huge new tax on the American people which would be paid directly to a foreign-owned private company.
Texas Governor and Bilderberg invitee Rick Perry launched a PR stunt in January when he claimed that the Trans Texas Corridor was dead, when in reality as Jerome Corsi and others pointed out, the project was merely to have its name changed and its design slightly altered.
“Close examination shows Perry’s declaration from Iraq involves yet more public relations efforts by the governor and TxDOT to defuse criticism from voters and reposition a hugely unpopular initiative by dropping the designation ‘Trans-Texas Corridor,’ or ‘TTC,’ while still allowing TxDOT to proceed with the components of the original TTC plan that had been scheduled for implementation now,” wrote Corsi.
Corsi’s warning that the TTC was still very much in the pipeline has proven accurate with the news that the authority of the Texas Department of Transportation, TxDOT, will run for at least 2 more years with a fresh injection of $2 billion in state funds that will be allocated to new transport projects.
Using the cover of a special session of the legislature, Perry will push “a measure that allows private companies to build more toll roads across the state,” according to the Houston Chronicle.
“Gov. Perry wants to get the legislature to reauthorize through 2013 the ability of Texas to enter into Comprehensive Development Agreements, or CDAs, with foreign developers to develop Texas highways under public-private partnerships,” Hank Gilbert, a board member with TexasTurf.org, or Texans Uniting for Reform and Freedom, told World Net Daily.
“We are fighting to defeat any attempt by Gov. Perry to extend CDAs,” he said. “Without CDAs, TxDOT will have a difficult time getting foreign development companies to come into Texas to convert our freeways to toll roads.”
Perry’s attempt to force through toll roads owned and operated by foreign companies as part of the wider agenda for a NAFTA Superhighway and a North American Union is a perfect example of how those in power try to neutralize dissent by pulling dirty tricks – claiming a project is dead and then simply renaming it and continuing with the same agenda.
However, the many activist groups opposed to the Trans Texas Corridor were well prepared for this bait and switch. The resistance to the agenda for a NAFTA Superhighway will now rally to fight Perry’s move to sell off key infrastructure to foreign corporations, and in turn create a huge new tax for already financially battered Americans.
