Islam and Political Correctness

They slaughter Christians.  They kill Americans.  They are currently terrorizing NYC.

They don’t approve of bras.  They don’t approve of breasts.  They don’t approve of other parts of a woman’s body.  They really don’t approve of women at all, yet the Obama Administration does not protest when Iran is put on international committees “protecting” women.

And – we put up with it.

Why do we give preferred immigration status to people from Islamic countries – people who want to murder us?

Now they want the classic the Arabian Nights banned.

“...But a recent republication triggered controversy and calls to ban the new version on the basis of depiction of sexuality and use of offensive language, according to Al Arabiya. “I was shocked at the offensive phrases it contains,” said Ayman Abdul-Hakim, member of Lawyers without Shackles, the non-governmental group that filed a complaint with Egypt’s Prosecutor General calling for the withdrawal of the new edition from the market and for banning the book altogether. Mr Abdul-Hakim said the book was “a waste of public money” and that several references to sex in the book and were “calls to sin”. But a Writers’ Union spokesman said the lawyers were behaving “like the Taliban”. the GOCP Supreme Publication Committee, which decided to print another edition after the first one was sold out, said in a statement that Arabian Nights was an invaluable cultural heritage that could not be confiscated….”

Why should there be a mosque near the side of the World Trade Center?

You ought to see what they did in the UK with voter fraud.  They have “infiltrated” Labor.  That does explain why Gordon Brown received as many votes as he did.  (H/T Jawa)

“…The Islamic Forum of Europe (IFE) — which believes in jihad and sharia law, and wants to turn Britain and Europe into an Islamic state — has placed sympathisers in elected office and claims, correctly, to be able to achieve “mass mobilisation” of voters.  Speaking to The Sunday Telegraph, Jim Fitzpatrick, the Environment Minister, said the IFE had become, in effect, a secret party within Labour and other political parties….Mr Galloway now says they were one of many groups which supported his anti-war stance and had never sought to influence him. The IFE has particularly close links to Tower Hamlets council. Seven serving and former councillors said Lutfur Rahman, the current council leader, gained his post with the group’s help. Some said they were canvassed by a senior IFE official on his behalf. After Mr Rahman was elected, a man with close links to the group, Lutfur Ali, was appointed assistant chief executive of the council with responsibility for grant funding. This was despite a chequered employment record, a misleading CV and a negative report from the headhunters appointed to consider the candidates. The council’s white chief executive was subsequently forced from his post.Since Mr Rahman became leader, more council grants have been paid to a number of organisations which our investigation established are closely linked to the IFE.
Funding for other, secular groups was ended or cut. In the borough’s well-known Brick Lane area, council funds were switched from a largely secular heritage trail to a highly controversial “hijab sculpture”, angering many residents who accused the council of “religious triumphalism”.
Schools in Tower Hamlets are told by the council should close for the Muslim festival of Eid, even where most of their pupils are not Muslim….”

Sounds like the US:

“...At the European elections, less than a year ago, the electoral roll of the London Borough of Tower Hamlets contained 148,970 names. By January this year, it had shot up to 160,278. And in the past month alone, a further 5,000 new names have mysteriously appeared on the voting lists. There are only two possibilities here. Either Tower Hamlets is growing twice as fast as the fastest-growing city in China, or it is the target of massive and systematic electoral fraud. We can have a guess at the answer from the fact that some three-bedroom flats in the borough appear to have 12 adults on the roll. The real occupants, when approached on the doorstep, have never heard of their 10 new flatmates….I have no evidence that the IFE is behind the fraud in Tower Hamlets. But its favoured candidates have done remarkably well lately. At the last London mayoral election, Ken Livingstone, for whom leading members of the IFE vigorously campaigned, saw his share of the vote in one ward rise from 29.6 per cent to a rather improbable 68.1 per cent.

The problem is simple. Panicked by falling turnout, Labour allowed postal voting on demand. But a postal vote is a thousand times easier to rig than a vote cast in person. At a polling station, you need a different body for each fake voter. With a postal vote, all you need is a different envelope, and perhaps not even that.Non-existent electors are only the half of it. By all but abolishing the secrecy of the ballot, postal voting opens the door to threats, pressure and outright vote-buying. If you vote in a polling station, nobody can make you show them your ballot paper. Nobody can know if you’ve obeyed orders or not….”

The American Academy of Pediatrics now thinks it should recommend girls be “nicked” in the name of Islamic laws for female circumcision.  This is insane.

They terrorize us.  We are not allowed to say anything against them, or they will come kill us.

They are a bunch of murderous thugs and bullies.

I am getting tired of we Christians sitting back and playing nice.  Christ even had a temper tantrum or two.  How long do we turn the other cheek?

“…”They saw what happened when you run cartoons that are deemed to be mocking the prophet. You have global riots and death. You know, we keep dancing around this problem in America. You know, you look at repeated incidents of terrorism in this country come from radical islam,” he continued. “So what Hollywood doing is self-censoring. They are cutting out Islam plot lines out of shows. They’re you know,  hiding any controversy at all about Islam so it’s safe to mock 80 percent of the population because no matter what the media has been telling us for literally years, Christians really aren’t dangerous and they’re not going to go out and hurt people.”

Kelly noted the lack of violent reaction from Christians.

“Comedy Central feels it can get away with this because they know no death threats are going to be forthcoming from Christians,” she said. “They might, they might write angry letters, they might change the channel, but no one will be threatening the creators of this show with murder if they go forward and make fun of Jesus Christ.”…”

Why do liberals bend over backward to help those who do not deserve it?  Why do people appease the extremes of Islam?  The more we appease the haters and the nut jobs, the more dangerous they become.

It is quite obvious Hollywood is terrified of offending Islam, or is it political correctness?

When one speaks out against Islam – well, look what they did to Franklin Graham.

“...“The Bible commands – it’s the only religion in the world that commands its followers to pray for those who are in authority,” Graham said. “Regardless of whether we agree with the president or his policy, whether a person votes for him or doesn’t vote for him, we are commanded by God to pray.

“I just thank God that as a nation we have this opportunity publicly like this today to pray for those who are in authority over us,” Graham said. Franklin also spoke with about the controversy surrounding the cancellation of his planned speech for Thursday at the Pentagon – where he showed up nonetheless before his Capitol Hill appearance – to pray for U.S. troops. “I’m a Christian,” Graham said. “I believe that Jesus Christ is the way, the truth and the life. I do not believe that there is any other way to God except through Him.

“I respect the Muslims, but I disagree with them,” Graham said. “They disagree with me. I disagree with them. And that’s okay.  “But I don’t think that I should be prohibited from sharing my faith because I disagree with them,” Graham said….”
