Stupid & Ignorant Is As Stupid & Ignorant Does

Why would a person who claims to be an American “Patriot” be so stupidly ignorant to accuse a United States Senator, a Christian, and an Air Force Colonel (reserves) of appeasing Islam – because of the state flag!

Ann Barnhardt, the consummate tea party, anti-Islamic Ron Paul Bot, who thinks that women should give up the right to vote, also hates Lindsey.  Her latest is…. cue the drum roll…

She’s after him now because of the SC flag.

“…Again, I say . . . creepy! The two main symbols of islam. Shudder.

By the way, if you are interested, here is a citation on the significance and symbolism of the Date Palm in islam. The website is called – get this – “ShakeThePalmTree”…”

The Palmetto Palm is the state tree.  The alleged half moon is actually a gorget, worn by PATRIOT Revolutionary War Soldiers.  Can anyone be this stupid?

She is ticked because of this.  By displaying the SC Flag, Lindsey is appeasing Islam.

Ann Barnhardt

So, this idiot is blaming Lindsey for this dodo:

Shake the Palm Tree

Let’s try taking this rationally – Ann Barnhardt, who hates everyone who is a Muslim is accusing Lindsey of appeasing Islam because of the SC State Flag?

How stupid can you be?

This is the history of the SC Flag.

“…The flag of the state of South Carolina dates back to 1765 when opponents of the Stamp Act marched in protest behind a blue flag bearing three white crescents. In 1775 Colonel William Moultrie was asked by the Revolutionary Council of Safety to design a flag for the South Carolina troops to use during the American Revolutionary War. Moultrie’s design had the blue of the militia’s uniforms and the crescent from the emblem on their caps. The palmetto tree was added in 1861 to honor Moultrie’s heroic defense of the palmetto log fort on Sullivan’s Island against the attack of the British fleet on June 28, 1776. South Carolina’s flag was ranked as the 10th best designed state or provincial flag in North America by the North American Vexillological Association in 2001….”
