Lindsey Graham’s Problem

Screen Shot 2015-05-14 at 12.31.01 AMLindsey has the same problem everyone else in the GOP has:  Donald Trump.  At first it was humorous.  He hit a nerve, but now the man is an out-of-control narcissist being promoted by the media, who can’t stop talking about him.  By far, he is the worst candidate running for office.  He opens his mouth and spews verbiage.  The latest is that he is buying goodwill at Breitbart.  It would not surprise me.  CNN can’t stop talking about him, ignoring the other candidates in the room.

I was watching a quickie CNN interview Monday morning, with Lindsey.  If the man could get more air time, he has a message that is not hard-line far right.  He’s being Lindsey.  He was never hard right.  He was the reasonable one when it came to immigration reform.  He is by far the best person for the job, but like everyone else running for POTUS, the media only has eyes for the Donald.

My theory?  They’re in it for Hillary.  You turn the GOP into a joke, then he goes third party, and we get another Clinton in the White House.  The system has been gamed. Like Lindsey said, Trump could be harming the GOP, quite seriously.  But, that’s the whole point, isn’t it?  One of the reasons we have so darn many Republicans running is because there is Dem blood in the water.  The only way to insure a 2016 Dem victory is to divide and conquer, just like they did with Ross Perot.

Just when you think things can’t get any worse in this country, they do.

  1. Yes, have always admired Lindsey Graham, a truth teller.

Rubio and Fiorina a few of the other adults running.

Trump’s Executive VP, Counsel and Campaign Advisor, Michael Cohen is a registered Democrat and voted for Obama.

Trump is creating all this drama as an excuse to run 3rd party to give his friend Hillary the Presidency

This is what many of the Tea people don’t get about Trump.
Below are Trump’s views as stated from a commentary on NRO
who have been attempting to expose who and what Trump really is.

Obamacare: The man wrote in his own book and said elsewhere that he was in favor of Canadian-style socialized medicine — which would put him to the left of Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama, and on pretty much the same page as Bernie Sanders.

Hillary: Speaking of her, Trump praised Hillary Clinton and her health-care reform plan — in 2007! She attended his (most recent) wedding. He donated to her campaigns and to the Clinton Foundation. In 2008, he couldn’t get his head around the fact that Obama didn’t pick her for VP. “I’m a big fan of Hillary. She’s a terrific woman. She’s a friend of mine.”

Economics: People tout the guy’s business record. But he represents almost exactly what his supporters think he opposes. He’s a crony capitalist par excellence. He gives to whatever politician can grease the skids for his next deal — and he makes no apologies for it. He’s an eminent-domain voluptuary. He abuses bankruptcy laws like a stack of homemade get-out-of-jail-free cards.

Immigration: You seem to think he’s an immigration hardliner, and he’s certainly pretending to be. But why can’t you see through it? He condemned Mitt Romney as an immigration hardliner in 2012 and favored comprehensive immigration reform. He told Bill O’Reilly he was in favor of a “path to citizenship” for 30 million illegal immigrants:

Trump: You have to give them a path. You have 20 million, 30 million, nobody knows what it is. It used to be 11 million. Now, today I hear it’s 11, but I don’t think it’s 11. I actually heard you probably have 30 million. You have to give them a path, and you have to make it possible for them to succeed. You have to do that.

Question: Just how many rapists and drug dealers did Donald Trump want to give green cards to?
