The Abusive Bullies of #BlackLivesMatter

NOTE:  It is not the message of which I disapprove.  It is the abusive tactics and dubious connections of which I disapprove.   Black Lives Do Matter!  They matter very much.  We have a strange culture, currently, where law enforcement, literally brainwashed by the dubious and extremely racist character first training is at least 60% responsible for the current trend of police brutality.  Add the proliferation of hard-core, Nancy Grace style prosecutors who are more interested in putting bodies in jail, no matter if they are innocent or guilty, and you have today’s racist anti-black law enforcement culture. The problem is, no one wants to even bother discussing this.  Much of the problem of law enforcement abuse could be handed if prosecutors who were ‘tough on crime’ were held accountable for their actions.  Put the real blame where where it belongs.  The more ‘criminals’ tough-as-nails prosecutors imprison the better it looks for their re-election campaigns.  If you think they’re going to indict a cop and upset their constituents – the ones who vote for them and donate to their campaigns, you’re living in a rich fantasy world.  When you also add the fact that we are moving away from a dignity culture to one of victimization, it is easy to see why a movement like #BlackLivesMatter was needed.

“…Campbell and Manning describe how this culture of dignity is now giving way to a new culture of victimhood in which people are encouraged to respond to even the slightest unintentional offense, as in an honor culture. But they must not obtain redress on their own; they must appeal for help to powerful others or administrative bodies, to whom they must make the case that they have been victimized. It is the very presence of such administrative bodies, within a culture that is highly egalitarian and diverse (i.e., many college campuses) that gives rise to intense efforts to identify oneself as a fragile and aggrieved victim. This is why we have seen the recent explosion of concerns about microaggressions, combined with demands for trigger warnings and safe spaces, that Greg Lukianoff and I wrote about in The Coddling of the American Mind….”

When you add Jane Elliott’s sadistic and abusive diversity training, which literally brainwashes the young mind into thinking they are a perpetual victim who must turn those of a different race into non-people, there is a perfect storm of insanity. Elliott is one of the first individuals to use the term “structural racism”.  When you see anyone use it, you know they are a graduate of her sadistic diversity abuse.

What it creates is a sense of entitlement where they need have no manners.  They can bully, harass, and treat people like dirt. There are some members of their movement who have passed go.  It is not the entire movement.  But, there are some people who are giving everyone a bad name.

It must be immediately noted that the following photos ARE NOT CONNECTED to #BlackLivesMatter, but are associated with individuals who are trying to manipulate the meeting for their own purposes.  You’re not going to see many #BlackLivesMatter among these racist extremists.

This is not #BlackLivesMatter.  They’re manipulating people who are part of it, but it is not #BlackLivesMatter.  There’s another serious problem with this whole movement.  I don’t know how much of it is real, and how much is a scam.   I can’t find much beyond far right web sites.  That, alone is a problem.  Some of the problems are being made by a group called Outside Agitators 206.  They are causing many of the problems, while pretending to be #BlackLivesMatter.  They are the group who interrupted Bernie Sanders.  Many of the original individuals behind #BlackLivesMatter were women.  There is an anarchist connection.

The end result is that the leadership of #BlackLivesMatter, while trying to survive among extremely radical groups, has become something of a rude bully. Their tactics are extremely emotionally abusive, as are Jane Elliott’s.  They are abusive to anyone who disagrees with them.  I don’t know if it is intentional or not, but anyone who has been abused, or subjected to abusive tactics in the past can recognize what they are doing.  If you have ever been subjected to their tactics, you will realize how abusive they are.  What they pulled on me, on evening on Twitter was just that.  When I told them what they were doing, well, I was a white racist who could not comprehend the black experience.  I explained I did not.  But, I did know abusive techniques when they were used on me.  I told them that Jane Elliott was a sadistic monster.

I was told I was a racist.

Unfortunately, it is now racist to point out that, while the premise of #BlackLivesMatter is honorable, and laudable, it is morphing into a racist organization.  I can see the day, not far in the future, when it is proclaimed a hate group by the very organizations which helped create the monster.  The very real problem here is not just about #BlackLivesMatter, but trying to figure out what is going on here.  I know that there are elements within the white supremacist world who are doing their best to make trouble.  That’s a given.  There are those in the far right who would love to see the situation explode. That’s a given.  The problem is there are the same elements within the left.

This is one that could go either way.  The real problem is the fact that we’re looking at good intentions which have gone bad.  That is usually the problem with good intentions, quite often.  But, we don’t throw out the good ideas or turn our back on the messenger.
