Has Trump Single-Highhandedly Destroyed the Anti-Immigration Movement?

Evidently the far right, politically, will only go so far and we now how far that is.

Just sit back, reach for a nice margarita, heavy on the salt, and think about it.  He’s pushed so hard that even those who were advocating for extreme anti-immigration matters can no longer stomach it.  I think those of us who are reasonable about immigration reform, and want people treated decently may have just won.  Sure the Ted Cruz and Rand Pauls of the world can demand hard-line anti-Hispanic quotas, but, they’ve backed themselves into a corner.

I think, if we play it right, we can now get rational immigration reform.

BTW, I do think young men, who are Muslim, who have traveled to certain locations we know to be gate-way spots for ISIS, and are traveling on an American passport, should have the passports pulled and should be required to just go live with their little friends.  I’m listening to an immigration expert now, who says that people who have traveled to ISIS areas are now returning.  We don’t know why.  Yes, we do.  And, this is not Islamophobia, it’s just plain common sense.  We are not at war with Muslims. We are at war with ISIS.  The object is to be able to tell the difference.  Until we know our enemy, we are lost.  Right now, we don’t know our enemy.

The enemy certainly isn’t that harassed Hispanic migrant just trying to find a better life.  For the life of me, I just don’t see how the anti-immigration right can continue their hard-line against Hispanic immigration when they are castigating Trump.
