How Much Longer?
This is one of those posts where The Pink Flamingo has been collecting headlines for maybe six weeks. When you scroll through it, you will see why.
Go to a party with men, get 80 lashes with a whip? Sure, if you are a women in Saudi Arabia. If you are a Christian in an Islamic country, you may be sentenced to death. Or, if you are Christian in Dearborn, Michigan you could have a problem. If you are Jewish in Germany you can be stoned.
Who Done It?
The following is a copy of an article written by Spanish writer Sebastian Vilar Rodrigez and published in a Spanish newspaper on Jan. 15, 2008. It doesn’t take much imagination to extrapolate the message to the rest of Europe and the rest of the world. It comes from a viral email sent to me by a friend. I think on this day, it is a good time to take stock on what we are doing in the world and modern reactions.
ALL EUROPEAN LIFE DIED IN AUSCHWITZ
” I walked down the street in Barcelona, and suddenly discovered a terrible truth – Europe died in Auschwitz…We killed six million Jews and replaced them with 20 million Muslims. In Auschwitz we burned a culture, thought, creativity, talent. We destroyed the chosen people, truly chosen, because they produced great and wonderful people who changed the world.
The contribution of this people is felt in all areas of life: science, art, international trade, and above all, as the conscience of the world. These are the people we burned.
Islam and Political Correctness
They slaughter Christians. They kill Americans. They are currently terrorizing NYC.
They don’t approve of bras. They don’t approve of breasts. They don’t approve of other parts of a woman’s body. They really don’t approve of women at all, yet the Obama Administration does not protest when Iran is put on international committees “protecting” women.
And – we put up with it.
May 20 Has Been Declared Draw Mohammed Day
The Pink Flamingo is thinking about drawing a blank circle with a Grocho mask to represent Mohammad. Then again maybe a Kilroy might be good. I’ll come up with something that will be just as respectful as the followers of extreme Islam were on September 11, 2001.
The more people who get involved the greater the impact. Heck, they can’t kill us all, can they? I think it is a wonderful idea, which should have been done years ago!
Do I, As a Christian, Have Any Rights?
The other day one of The Pink Flamingo’s email friends was circulating a piece, asking questions about some far right hype about the possibility that Christians would be viewed badly by the Feds and the Pentagon. I assured him this could never happen here.
Perhaps in a nation where we are all to be created equal, there are some who are more equal than others. The Pink Flamingo has very good friends who are Muslims. I do not want to impugn their religion. This is about extremes, blackmail, terror, and cowardly individuals who cave to the worst forces of them all.

BREAKING: Is There New Link in the Al Qaeda Plot Against Hillary?
Would someone please explain to The Pink Flamingo just why the State Department, White House, and the MSM are neither confirming or denying the fact that al Qaeda attempted to kill Hillary Clinton while she was in Kenya in August.
Why?
It doesn’t take rocket science to figure out that the Dems, esp. the Obama Administration and their MSM flunkies do not seem to react all that favorably toward women who may be in power some day. In fact, when one considers how Hillary Clinton has been treated as Secretary of State (the now invisible cabinet post) compared to Condi Rice, something just isn’t kosher here. Look at how Sarah Palin has been treated.

Anyone who has followed the Hillary assassination attempt and the Obama Administration’s complete “ignorance” of it, should not be surprised over their reaction to the Hot Pants Bomber . Rick Moran has an interesting take. I’m not sure which way to go on this, but I don’t know if incompetence is the whole thing.
Are we dealing with incompetence, complacency, stupidity, or a group of people who are so pathetic in their hatred of all things George W. Bush that they would rather allow Americans to lose their lives than admit he was right?

Insult to Injury
Nidal Malik Hasan has a defense attorney who is former military. John Galligan is a retired Army colonel who has experience in high profile cases such as this.
One thing that The Pink Flamingo noticed on Wednesday was when Galligan stated that he felt Hasan could not get a “fair” trial at Fort Hood. I don’t know about you, but Galligan’s comment, to The Pink Flamingo, was highly insulting, especially to a group of men and women who have gone through so much lately.
Then – The Pink Flamingo began to think about things!
From what The Pink Flamingo gathers, the jury will be made up of officers of a higher rank than the alleged terrorist who allegedly killed a baker’s dozen of America’s finest.
How could Hassen NOT get a fair trial?
Then I started thinking about it. (The Process will be long)
If I were in Galligan’s place, the LAST thing I would want is a jury of Hasan’s higher ranking peers. Sure, they will be honest, honorable, and highly educated.
Golly – that’s the problem!
We’re talking honest, honorable, and highly educated.
They are the LAST PEOPLE you want on a jury that is looking at 13 charges of pre-meditated murder!
Why?
We’re not talking Oprah watching, tabloid TV, National Enquirer, if it fits you must acquit, brain dead jurors here. The jury will be made up of men and women who are of higher rank that “Major” Hasan. We’re talking men and women who have a little something going on up stairs in the old gray matter, beyond trash TV, and visions of sobbing cofessions on Jerry Springer.
