Last week, The Pink Flamingo told you about the nasty hit Harry Teague’s little George Soros funded friends had made on Steve Pearce.  Pearce is fighting back.

Political Lemonade

Crossing fingers and saying prayers for Scott Brown. If he can pull it off, and it is looking better than ever, it will be because of MODERATE INDEPENDENTS. Conservatives are working like crazy for him, but there are some third party Losertarians who are holding strong with their conscience.


Please, pass the cool, tart, slightly sweet, perfect political lemonade. Enjoy every drop of it.

No one has a better grasp on the political picture of the country today than Michael Medved, who is the only 100% PURE Republican radio show host. He is pragmatic enough to understand that conservatives cannot win an election. Liberals cannot win an election. The greatest majority of voters are independent – and moderate.

Politics, Evil, Mental Illness, and Perceptions

There is a fascinating article in American Thinker by Andrew Thomas about the role of “evil” in politics. As a Christian I happen to believe there is such thing as evil, pure, unadulterated evil. As a thinking person I also know that almost all of what we consider “evil” is not actually “evil” but is mental illness, character disorders, and perception.

I disagree with Thomas’ perception of Democrats as “evil”. Democrats like Republicans have an agenda. Unless that agenda is abjectly intent on actual harm, it should not be defined as “evil” the way Thomas does. Thomas assumes anyone who disagrees with his political thesis is “evil”.

Having piddled around with politics since I was a little kid with my mother, I’ve met people good, evil, and indifferent. Some of the nicest people I’ve ever met in politics are Democrats and liberals. They are good people. We simply disagree on a political agenda. One of the worst acts of personal harm done to me (as an adult) was executed in cold blood. It was calculated. It was manipulated to do the worst possible harm to me – personally. The person who did it is still a very highly a “respected” conservative political operative, scholar, and writer. I am still dealing with the personal heart-ache this person created. The dirty deed was done over a decade ago and may never be repaired.

Nicole M. Ferrand is FINALLY asking the big question about George Soros. What is his relationship to drugs, drug money, and the legalization of drugs? If he is somehow connected – somehow, and his money is funding MoveOn, etc., and he is one of the biggest promoters of the DNC, what does that say about them? But – not to worry. The “Rev. Sun Myung Moon, who owns the WTimes (America’s CONSERVATIVE bible) has been linked to his fair share of drug money.
