The far right Tea Party “patriots” have turned on Sarah Palin because she has endorsed Carly Fiorina. Fiorina is NOT good enough for the Tea Party people. Evidently they are finally showing their true colors. They are bullies! If their childish demands are not met, they will destroy. So, their long knives are out for Palin.
If they continue on their current path, they are going to do serious damage to the GOP in November. Someone needs to explain to the far right media that the tea parties are NOT about conservative – they are about promoting LOSERTARIANS.Read More
The extreme far right is getting downright nasty. Hugh Hewitt is now trying to decide who should and should not be a Republican. Rudy Giuliani has stepped in it by endorsing Trey Grayson over Ron Paul’s heir. Someone needs to warn Rudy that Ron Paul Bots are vile, lying pieces of human debris who are one and the same with the John Birch Society. They will do or say anything to get their way.Read More

The Pink Flamingo is having fun! So are any other number of Republicans if my inbox is any example of the way Scott Brown is being hailed by the GOP.
The other day I told a couple friends that it wouldn’t be long before the far right decided that Scott Brown is too liberal and needs to be ham-strung. Low and Behold Glenn Beck (such a useless idiot) was the first to make an ass of himself, but that is nothing new.
1. Barack Obama
2. Jim DeMint’s Version of the GOP
3. Barney Frank (potential loser)
4. The Far Right
5. Misc. Dems.
1. Scott Brown
2. John McCain
3. MA GOP
4. Lindsey Graham’s Version of the GOP
5. Rudy Giuliani
6. Curt Schilling
Who knew that John McCain would be seen as the leader of the GOP in this Tea Party “patriot” era? A new Harris Poll points to the fact that perhaps things aren’t as extreme as the Far Right and the Ron Paul Bots would like one to think it is.
“..Other Republican leaders who are viewed by many people as influential and as leading voices in the party include former House Speaker Newt Gingrich, radio talk show host Rush Limbaugh, former Massachusetts Governor Mitt Romney, former Arkansas Governor Mike Huckabee, McCain’s vice presidential running mate and former governor of Alaska Sarah Palin, and former New York Mayor Rudy Giuliani. These six Republicans, all of whom would probably like to be the next Republican presidential candidate, are seen as about as influential as each other. But more people see Palin and Limbaugh as leading voices of the party, and Palin scores more highly among Republicans….”
Interestingly, this is not a “inside” conservative thing, but a general poll. There are those who think the “tea party movement” is going to become to the GOP what MoveOn.org is to the DNC. If so, we have a problem. MoveOn has done more to push the DNC farther left than anything we could possibly imagine. If the “tea party movement” decides to do the same thing with the GOP, we will be in serious trouble. Even Ron Paul appears to be throwing the Tea Party “patriots” under the bus.Read More
What is arguably one of the greatest comedies ever made is Stanley Kramer’s classic It’s a Mad Mad Mad Mad World. The 1963 film had one of the most amazing comedic casts ever assembled. It is all about seemingly innocent men and women who get drawn into the most hilarious car chase ever, all for money. In the process lives were ruined, careers destroyed, and almost every one of them ended up in jail.
Is NY-23 a litmus test for 2010? The far right wants us to think it is. Newt thinks something else is going on – a purge. He could be right – but The Pink Flamingo thinks something else is going on.
NY-23 appears to be a litmus test for the towering egos who want to be POTUS, or want to control the GOP.
IT’S A MAD MAD MAD MAD WORLD
It is like a line about Tombstone in 1882, nothing but a mining town, dirty and small minded.
That’s what we are dealing with – dirty and small minded twits who do not comprehend that we are starting to see the “stars” jockey for position for 2012.
The Pink Flamingo is not unconvinced the whole battle in NY-23 is not a way for Jerri Thompson to settle herself (not her hubby) on the center stage.
Who is going to win the tug – o – war?
Can Sarah Palin use Facebook and call the shots?
Tim Pawlenty is playing ketchup.
Fred Thompson is being led around by his much younger wife – as usual.
Newt Gingrich is being denounced by the extreme far right.
Jim DeMint is behaving as usual.
We’re not hearing much from Mitt Romney.
Mike Huckabee is going to South Carolina.
Rick Santorum is in there fighting.

The other day The Pink Flamingo mentioned to someone (don’t remember who) that Rudy could be making a move. The discussion is all on him running for governor in NY, but from what I’ve heard, that could be an Axelrod manipulation in order to push Giuliani into running against Andrew Cuomo, which would ruin Giuliani.
I’m wondering for 2012 if it isn’t going to be the candidate who can talk national security who isn’t going to rake in the nomination. The kind of thing Giuliani pulled at the UN against Iran isn’t going to hurt.Read More
